For those that are allergic to reading. Here are the cliff notes:

  1.     No matter what you want to achieve in life there are sacrifices that must be made. Body composition is no different and it will require changes to your behaviors.
  2.     The leaner you want to get, the more you will have to modify your behaviors.

Regardless of whether you are trying to get leaner or build muscle, there will be sacrifices that you will have to make. It is up to each individual to decide if the reward is worth the sacrifice.
