Hello APP! My name is Jessica  and I am here to tell you that french fries are delicious.

Over the past few months I have been working with Aaron on a variety of projects, one of those including changing the way I approach a healthy lifestyle. I came to Aaron for this one very important reason; his main goal was to help me understand how to live a better, healthier, more fulling life. Aaron’s entire goal is to help his clients learn how to treat themselves better and not look at fitness as a short term diet but rather a long term commitment to be the best version of yourself. It is time to take responsibility for our health and own up to our dietary missteps.

I am what society would call an average woman. I am not a size 2, I am now a size 14 (down from a size 16). In just one month of changing my eating habits I sleep better, have more energy, have lost one size, and honestly my confidence in myself has skyrocketed. I take pride in the fact that I can follow these meal plans and have the confidence in myself to make the right choices for substitutes if need be. Aaron understands that not one of his clients are perfect and I have never once felt guilty to owning up to him about my love affair with french fries. We all will make mistakes and that is ok!  Its how you react to those mistakes and what you change about your behavior that makes Aarons’ coaching so effective.

The pictures associated with this post are a huge step for me in my fitness journey. This is the first time in 5 years that I have volunteered to take a picture that wasn’t from the shoulders up! I am proud of my progress and cannot wait to see what I can accomplish!!
