High School Performance

For the high school athlete interested in achieving their peak performance, our sports performance program is designed to improve first-step quickness, breakaway speed, change of direction, strength, power, mobility, and flexibility.

High School Performance

The program starts off with a free 1-on-1 performance evaluation. This allows us to create a customized program based on the athlete’s goals, needs, sport, and current fitness level.

At APP we focus on complete and long-term athletic development by combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program.

To build a complete athlete, you need to focus on all aspects of performance. By focusing on complete athletic development, you are assuring that you address all your weaknesses and maximize your strengths.  This is especially important for athletes that play multiple sports, each with unique needs.

The High School program is based on the same principles and foundation we use for our professional athletes and have been scientifically proven to enhance performance and prevent injuries.

Each athlete’s training will be in a scheduled session that is limited to no more than four athletes at a time doing high-performance training tailored to the needs of each athlete. The training program consists of 18 sessions over 6 to 9 weeks (based on sports seasons) for approximately 60 minutes each session.
