ADULT PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our Semi-Private Training programs are designed to help guide you towards your goals, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are looking for advanced training. We focus on combining mobility, flexibility, recovery, strength, and endurance into one complete program.

You will start off with a 1-on-1 individualized assessment followed by a strategy session to make sure your needs are being properly addressed.  This allows us to create the perfect customized program based on your goals, needs, and current ability. You can schedule your training sessions at times convenient to you using our mobile app. We have times available throughout the day. Each time you come into the gym, you will be coached through your unique program in a small semi-private environment.  There will be a few other clients (no more than 4 adults), performing their own program too, but it is important for us to keep the group small.  This makes our environment fun and dynamic, while still allowing us to offer you plenty of individualized attention.

Members of #PeakPerformanceFamily love getting strong, learning new fitness skills, and having a blast in the gym. We’ll help you set specific goals, reach new achievements, and challenge yourself each day.

  • PERSONAL DIGITAL COACH
    You can access your program at your own convenience. The coach can modify your program in real-time based on equipment or location limitations. Even reps, sets, and weight can be modified to ensure you as an athlete is setup for success.

 

  • EXPERT COACHING
    Every exercise comes with a video that will provide details and demonstrations on how the movement should be done correctly.

 

  • DIGITAL TRACKING 
    Forgot your pen at home, no problem! Notebook get wet from spilling your preworkout on it, No Problem! Track your progress for your preferred device.

 

  • COMMUNICATION & FEEDBACK
    You can chat with the group or share a picture of your meal with your coach to show that you are staying on track.

 

  • STAY MOTIVATED & CRUSH YOUR COMPETITION

TH Leaderboards will allow you to compete with your fellow adult athletes and stay motivated even during the quarantine. What’s wrong with a friendly wager between friends as long as no one loses an eye.
